Colombian Brunch

The Colombian ambassador to Poland - Mr.Alberto Barrantes has invited one of the finest chefs his country - Mr.Eduardo Martinez, for him to share some of his culinary wisdom and to bring to light the Colombian dishes to the restaurant and catering chefs of Belvedere.

Eduardo Martinez, the Bogota's "Mini-mal Cafe" chef has earned a fan base for introducing the intriguing seafood and fruits of the Amazon basin to his menu. The Colombian chef will try to take our guests on trip to the world of Amazon with his unique, surprising cuisine.

As the effect of joint work of our cooks and the Colombian chef, there will be the COLOMBIAN BRUNCH served, for which we invite you on 25th of April from 12.00 to 16.30 .
